If you are looking to purchase, we will join you on your new home walk through. We will do an independent walk around of the exterior and an interior walk through of the house. We will help answer questions that your broker may not be able to provide you with. We will identify areas that are of concern whether small or large. Remember, a broker is there to sell you a house and may not point out things that may dissuade your decision in purchasing the house. While a broker’s job is to sell you a house, JRCR, Inc. is helping you purchase a home. We have your best interests in mind.

If you’re looking to sell your current home, we will come in and do an interior and exterior evaluation of your home.  We will provide you with a detailed list of items that need to be addressed. From small cosmetic items to must do items. Items will be prioritized based on importance. You will have a detailed list and recommendation of work that we recommend being done before having to bring a broker on board to get your house listed. Our goal is to provide you with the information to get your house ready and to help control a Home Inspector's Report, avoiding them from defecting your house to the point where the buyer is asking for a considerable reduction off the asking price, is not what any seller wants to go through.
